I remember i did once with "Tau Si" before but... this is without "Tau Si" and with Lap Cheong this time and i prefer this so much then the previous one... too bad my rice didn't turn out good, too much water for me... but i love it....

Been crazy about this fried rice lately, i bought some char siew back from KK and i found it they are very nice so thinking to have char siew fried rice without mixed veg.. because i dont take mixed veg. And the new Bento set i just bought .... nice?

First i want to say thank you to my brother who gave us the upgrade suites voucher,  Hotel is quite impress except the toilet at living room is.... not good but other then that... everything is very fine, love the view.... is a Sea view ..... air c0 is very very cold.... even we didn't turn on... sound like a bit scary but i did sleep very well.... he he.... Staff is very good... allow to extend our check out until 3p.m, thanks christina.... will be back there again....

Nini Japanese Bento 2

Another try for japanese bento, trying to do teriyaki chicken but normally they use chicken whole leg but i tried to use breast meat because i have warning from Dr that i have to cut down all the oily and carbo food. Grill chicken breast is a bit dry... and my egg suppose to look like Love and Star Shape... but... cos my egg too big... a bit out of shape... waiting for the Hello Kitty egg mould and will try that again...
