Went down to Miri for 1 night and stay in this resort, i love it especially the swimming pool so big and they open until 11pm. With my size only can swim at night.. haha and of course i joined the spa as well.. very very relaxing !! Hotel is not expensive but the spa is very very expensive.

Butter Milk Bun

I always want to try this butter milk bun cos is one of my favourite and at last got the recipe from a China Si Fu... the bun is really nice but the butter milk is too sweet and too much filling. i know what to do next time..

Suhaimi's Wedding

The most expensive japanese restaurant in Brunei, My second time to go there this year.. too expensive really only can go once a year.. haha... food quality is ok... We had handroll, soft shell crab, tofu with unagi and oyako don... cost us B$50, siau.. so expensive...

Martha Tilaar Spa

I didn't know i can have this type of Facilities in Brunei.. i really enjoy my body spa today althought is expensive but u know.. sometimes pamper yourself once in a while and now they having promotion .. with all the services.. why not?

On my way up to bandar from Miri, i drop by to have a bowl of Kolo Mee in Seria.. We never miss when we are in Seria.. althought some people said.. is not as good as before but i found out today's one is really yummy even tho i am very very full...

This restaurant called Wong Ah Soi... in singapore i saw him.. he is my favourite singer long long time ago... hahaha... althought old now but still very handsome

Together with the Corelle, I bought this little CorningWare.. very cheap for me $29.90 for 2, Althought the design is not so nice but on promotion.. so i buy.. i like it cos is small and cute..

I went to singapore last week with my hubby and my parents to visit my cousins Maureen, Aiwei and little niece Xuan... Regent Hotel is recommend by Maureen .. cos of the Snow Fish she in love with.. honestly.. Snow fish is really nice but for me.. i like the Chicken more cos of the crispy almond..

First time i tried on this...very easy to do.. the only thing is deep fried not so healty but deep fried food is always delicious... my dad said is too soft... but overall is not bad.. i like it alot..

Asian High Tea at Empire

Asian High Tea in Empire only available on Friday 3pm to 5pm. This is the first time i tried i found it got lots of deep fried food, Sandwiches and the Dessert is good.. I like those local dessert but unfortunely, i forgot to take more picture.. cos too hungry... can try... and don't forget the Cafe LATTE... my favourite..

Sambal is not a easy job to do... take so long for me to do the sambal BUT the taste is soooooo nice... really really nice... Nasi Lemak is ok... not bad also... hmm... yummy

Our 5th Anniversary

Well, really dont know how to celebrate in Brunei other then eat.. really got nothing to do. Suppose to go Empire Hotel for a night but is Full cos of our Sultan Bday all the VIP are here.
Food was so so only... the sunday Brunch is much much better then this...

Scallop with Bacon

Sorry guys.. me too busy with the World Cup.. forgot to cook la... here are the left over scallop and only 4 left.. so i got this recipe from Yahoo.. very easy just wrap them with bacon.. and put inside the oven.. for about 15 to 20 mins... then... is ready to eat.. of course b4 u wrap with bacon, u need to marinate with lemon and some salt... taste is not bad... can try..
