First we have the Soup, Fish Maw with Chicken. Chicken? Why? Ya.. most of the people will go with seafood but because of my operation, i have to skip seafood lor... that's why...
Then.. Peking Duck.. of course not as good as the H.K one but... this is the best we can get in Brunei...
Vegetarian Tau Fu... Still very good and still my favourite because the Tau Fu... so smooth.... Yummy!!
Beef with Spring Onion and Ginger... only my dad eat this... Cos all of us don't touch Beef..
